[AX 2012] How to setup default delivery address on sales order?

On Customer screen Address section, click More options > Set defaults:

In Default address form set Purpose of address equal Delivery and choose Address from drop down list:

AX 2009 Trial balances report - refresh data

Few words about organization of Trial balance reports in AX:

By default user have a two options - get trial balance in Detail or Summary view.

They differs not only by view but also by data preparation. Detailed view is based on LedgerTrans and LedgerBalanceDimTrans. LedgerBalanceDimTrans contains pre-calculated values for balance which can be obsolete. To make this data up-to-date you need to run GL > Setup > Periods >Periods Button:Recalculate period balances.
